For each activity you complete, you’ll automatically receive at least one entry into our regular ‘monthly prize draw’ and there’ll be opportunities to enter other ‘spot prize draws’. Community ‘badges’ are awarded to recognise certain milestones throughout your time on the community and you’ll be given an overall ‘member status’ level.

An online research community is a panel of individuals with similar interests, and experiences, who have voluntarily chosen to participate in online research studies about various topics related to their common interests.

faq arrow  What information is required to become a community member?

A brief member profile is the only information required for joining the community. Your member profile will include basic contact information and vital data such as gender and age. It will also ask you several questions about your shopping preferences. The questions included in the member profile survey allow us to ensure that the community is not only reflective of our customers but also helps us to make your community experience more relevant to you.

Trail Blazers members will be invited to participate in surveys, quick polls and discussions - plus other engaging activities. All activities are optional - you don't have to complete every activity that we send you and you'll only be sent the activites which we think are most relevant to you.

No. The information collected by the Trail Blazers community is not sold or distributed to any company. Your name will never be sold, exchanged, or distributed to any other party without your express acknowledgement. All information is strictly confidential and privacy is guaranteed. You will typically have anywhere from 72 hours to one week to complete each survey.

We encourage you to participate in as many studies as you're invited to. Each month just for participating in and completing our surveys you'll be entered into our ongoing competition draws.

faq arrow  Will I be able to select the types of surveys in which I participate?

Yes. We'll use the information that you provide to us in the member profile survey to send you invitations to surveys that fit your outlined preferences.

The Trail Blazers team are keen to reward its members as much as possible. Community 'badges' are in place to say thank you for taking part. You'll also be given a 'member status' on your community profile. This status will be dependent on your activity levels and length you've been on the community. There's a regular 'monthly prize draw' and some activities will have 'spot prize draws' for participation; we'll give you as many opportunities as possible to be eligible to win.

You can unsubscribe from the Trail Blazers community at any point. All you need to do is email hello@o2trailblazers.co.uk with the subject line 'UNSUBSCRIBE'. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive communications from the Trail Blazers community. Alternatively, you can delete your account in your community profile.
